The^5th edition of the French Photonics Days 2023 will take place from 17 to 18 October 2023 at the Pavillon Joséphine in Strasbourg. The main theme of these meetings will be: “Photonic Processes for Health and Industry”. The event is organized by SupOptique Alumni, Photonics France and the University of Strasbourg (ICube Laboratory).

The event is designed for a technical audience, but not specialist. The goal is to:

• take stock of the development of new photonic technologies and their applications
• attend a presentation by Bernard Kress (Dir. XR Hardware, Google) on new display architectures for augmented reality headsets
• discover new products by browsing the stands of our sponsors
• know the theses in progress on the themes of the conference during a poster session
• find out about new European funding opportunities
• visit companies in the Strasbourg basin
