On 8-9 April, we met in Istanbul for our General Assembly. With less than nine months to go, we took a moment to look ahead and align on what lies in front of us.

This month, all mechanical components will be mounted and the machine enclosure will be installed, establishing a solid technical foundation. In parallel, software developments and demonstration concepts will be finalised and aligned. The next step will be full machine integration, bringing all hardware and software components together into one system. Once the machine is fully functional, the focus will shift to preparing demonstrations and intensifying process development.

The project results will then be presented to the wider laser community at the AIMEN International Laser Week in October. In the final phase, demonstrations, reports and deliverables will be completed, alongside preparation of an industrialization roadmap. The project will officially conclude in December.
