Last week, we hosted an inspiring virtual panel talk with five incredible women in photonics and manufacturing. The discussion covered topics like networking, overcoming challenges, and recognizing achievements in the industry.
The panelists highlighted the importance of making connections in unexpected places, like running clubs. They emphasized that equality benefits everyone and that real change requires support across the industry, including from men. Confidence was another key point, with panelists encouraging everyone to embrace their successes and trust their abilities.
